What this site collects
The community signup form collects your email address. Makers Day reservations collect parent or guardian contact details, a child’s age, an optional child’s name, program interest, and any preferred days, times, or questions you choose to share. Requests for the full application collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, and optional phone number. The website does not include an account system or payment flow.
How form information is used
MANA uses community signups for occasional program and community updates, Makers Day reservations to arrange visits, and application requests to send the full application and admissions instructions. FormSubmit processes and delivers these forms to MANA’s email inbox. To unsubscribe, ask about retention, or request removal of information you submitted, contact MANA using the address below.
Website analytics and advertising
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand visits and website performance. When configured, the Meta Pixel reports page visits and successful submissions of Makers Day reservations or full application requests to Meta to measure advertising. The site’s conversion event includes the form type; it does not include the names, email addresses, child ages, or answers entered in the form.
Information you send directly
MANA may receive the contact information and message content you voluntarily send by email or text. Please do not send tax returns, medical records, or other sensitive documents through ordinary email or text. Ask MANA for a secure process when one is required.
Children’s privacy
This site and its forms are intended for parents and guardians. Adults may provide information about their child when arranging a Makers Day visit. Children should not submit forms themselves. Please arrange a private conversation with MANA for medical records or other sensitive details.
